Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "226vipph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://226vipph.org, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of 226vipph and its authorized representatives, employees, and agents.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 226vipph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on 226vipph, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with the platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their 226vipph account using any accepted payment method, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by 226vipph, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of 226vipph is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 226vipph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by 226vipph.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a 226vipph account.
• You must be accessing 226vipph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 226vipph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 226vipph or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 226vipph reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 226vipph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 226vipph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 226vipph account, even with your permission.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 226vipph account and update it regularly.
• You must enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
• You must notify 226vipph customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

226vipph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any wagers placed or withdrawals processed through your account prior to you notifying 226vipph of unauthorized access will be treated as having been authorized by you.

Deposits & Withdrawals

226vipph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, and Metrobank online transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 226vipph's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your account within seconds for GCash and PayMaya, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers. 226vipph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed. Verified withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier section.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 226vipph account.
• 226vipph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• 226vipph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.

All financial transactions on 226vipph are conducted in Philippine Peso. 226vipph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

226vipph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified 226vipph account in good standing, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and other specified game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 226vipph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of technical errors, will be voided and the associated account suspended.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 226vipph platform — including slots, live dealer games, Dragon Tiger, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

226vipph is committed to fair gaming. All random number generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios with full audit trails maintained for all game rounds.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and accurate. Actual results for individual players will vary due to the inherent variance of casino games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account. 226vipph's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 226vipph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games and poker variants.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 226vipph staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 226vipph platform.

Responsible Gaming

226vipph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 226vipph players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 226vipph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 226vipph content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 226vipph content.
• Use any 226vipph trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 226vipph platform.

Any unauthorized use of 226vipph intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 226vipph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access where such access was not caused by 226vipph's negligence.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the platform.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

226vipph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 226vipph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 226vipph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

226vipph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on 226vipph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

226vipph is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

Termination

226vipph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At 226vipph's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account after deduction of any amounts owed to 226vipph will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your 226vipph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 226vipph, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 226vipph will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute from you.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this section shall prevent 226vipph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
